Regionally and nationally recognized for her investigative work during her 10 years at the Brea Police Department, she specializes in system implementation, Power BI dashboards, Crystal Reports, and phone-record analysis, and has provided expert testimony in phone-record analysis for multiple Southern California agencies.
Over 30 years in public-safety communications, recruited for her applied knowledge of IBR validation. She is the agency's CLETS Coordinator, Custodian of Records, and a Spillman SAA Certified professional, holding IBR Certification and Basic/Intermediate/Advanced/POST Supervisor Certificates.
